Retired US Army Colonel (Wounded Warrior Alumni) and Strategic Senior leader successful in achieving team alignment, value creation and profit objectives in addition to serving as a catalyst for a series of creative sustainable initiatives impacting employees. A proven big picture change agent, team builder, creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker with strong communication, team-building, coaching, and mediation skills. Over 28 years of Leadership and Industry experience both in the USA and abroad in the areas of: HSES, Process Safety, Chemical/Oil/Gas/Petrochemical industries and organizational leadership.
 
At the upcoming Petrochemical & Refining Summit, Ben will be chairing the program and will also moderate the panel discussion entitled, “Sharing Best Practices in Planning and Executing a Successful Turnaround.” Moreover he will be hosting an interactive roundtable session entitled, "Sustaining Your Zero-Incident Safety Culture."

This session will review:
•    Once you are at zero, what are the next steps to maintain this culture?
•    Examples and case studies of building the safety culture on your plant, do's and don'ts
•    Secrets of being able to sustain this culture with all employees across the plant
