Kiev: Dramatic Water Pipe Burst Captured by Camera

Water Pipe Explosion in Kiev, Ukraine

Have you ever wondered what a pipe burst looks like? Street cameras in the captial city of Ukraine, Kiev, captured such an event that can give you an dramatic impression.

Local security camera captured the exact moment an underground water pipe exploded. Before bursting, the ground shakes and rises, sending earth and debris flying in all directions. A stream of muddy water flows down the street in the aftermath. Luckily, no casualties or injuries were reported, just damages to properties.

It is unclear what caused the explosion.
