Iran Working on Major Gas Pipeline to Boost Domestic Supply and Export Capacities

The National Iranian Gas Company's engineering subsidiary, led by Reza Noshadi, on Tuesday, gave updates on the progress of a 200-kilometre gas pipeline from Minab to Kuhmobarak on the Sea of Oman.

According to the reports, the pipeline is expected to increase the gas supply to domestic customers in the region while demonstrating Iran's ability to supply gas to Oman.

435-km Of US Gas Pipeline Network To Be Modernized, Reducing Methane Gas Emissions

U.S. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg and the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) will announce a historic $196 million in grants for 37 projects spread across 19 of the United States of America.

This new grant program helps improve public safety, protect public health, and reduce methane emissions from natural gas distribution pipes.

Pipeline Sealed a Week After Catastrophic Oil Spill in Poole Harbour

The pipeline responsible for the oil spill in Poole Harbour has been successfully sealed, with cleaning operations ongoing, Bournemouth Daily Echo reported on Sunday.

According to a statement issued by the Poole Harbour Commissioners on April 2, the clean-up operation has been ongoing since the incident, with pipeline excavation work continuing over the weekend.
