Pipeline Technology Conference Asia Unveils Expanded Conference Program
Kuala Lumpur will host the first Pipeline Technology Conference Asia (ptc Asia) from 11 to 13 November 2025. The EITEP Institute has now published the technical session program and opened the next phase of registration and planning. The conference and exhibition take place at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, with a dedicated training day on 11 November.
“The inaugural edition was initially scoped for two tracks. That vision has grown. Following an overwhelming response from operators, technology providers, and researchers, the program has been expanded to four tracks, offering delegates even greater opportunities to explore the topics shaping the region’s pipeline future. More than 60 presentations from industry leaders and innovators will cover the full spectrum of pipeline technology, from integrity management and digital solutions to CO₂ transport, offshore operations, and construction best practices. Each session is curated with input from our international advisory committee to ensure the highest technical quality,” says Dennis Fandrich, Chairman of the Pipeline Technology Conference Asia.
The exhibition, which will serve as the central gathering place for all delegates during breaks, is already attracting strong interest from regional and international companies. “Since most of the available stands have already been allocated, we will be opening another exhibition hall in the next few days to meet demand,” said Marian Ritter, head of event organization. This vibrant marketplace will offer delegates the opportunity to engage with technology providers, discover innovative solutions, and strengthen professional networks in an informal setting.
The event has received official support from the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB), reinforcing Malaysia’s ambition to serve as a hub for regional pipeline dialogue and innovation.
ptc Asia is also investing in the industry’s future through its “Volunteer @ ptc Asia” program, offering students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting conference operations. Volunteers receive complimentary access during breaks, on-site catering, and a certificate of participation, with applications open until 30 September 2025.
With its expanded program, strong institutional backing, and commitment to both technical excellence and professional connections, ptc Asia is set to become the new annual meeting point for the region’s pipeline community.
