Islamic Terrorists Attack Gas Pipeline in the Sinai

The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIS or ISIL) has claimed responsibility for attacking a gas pipeline in the Sinai this past Sunday.  The insurgents were attempting (unsuccessfully) to disrupt the transmission of gas between Egypt and Israel.

Pipeline Technology Conference 2020: Dinner Location Fixed

The organizers of the upcoming 15th Annual Pipeline Technology Conference in Berlin, Germany have announced the location of the traditional conference dinner. This year conference participants are invited to visit the Trabrennbahn Mariendorf, one of the most successful harness racing tracks in Germany, hosting more than 650 races a year.

Suspected drone attacks knocked out half of Saudi Arabia's oil production

The recent drone attacks on Saudi Aramco facilities in Abqaiq and Khurais have caused the loss of 5.7 million barrel oil per day. Houthi rebels claimed responsability while Saudi Arabia and the US are investigating who caused the damage.

US State Department Now Says Drone Attack on Saudi East - West Pipeline Originated in Southern Iraq

In a change of the official U.S. assessment of the drone attack on Saudi Arabian oil infrastructure, the American government now says the drone attacks originated in southern Iraq and not Yemen, as previously reported.  US officials added that the drones involved in this attack were more "sophisticated' that those used by Houthi rebels in Yemen.
