Norwegian Gas Supply To Europe Slumps

For over 20 years the Talking Heads in the European gas industry have predicted huge drops in the supply of Norwegian gas to the continent. The reason provided was that Norway's gas reservoirs were becoming depleted. This past year the prediction has come true, but not for the depletion of reservoirs.

Kinder Morgan Sells Interest in Pembina Pipeline

Houston-based Kinder Morgan has sold its Pembina Pipeline interest (25 million shares) for $764 million after taxes and the added cash will be used in its 2020 budget to reduce debt.  Kinder Morgan acquired the shares when Pembina bought Kinder Morgan Canada last August as part of a C$4.35 billion ($3.33 billion) deal.

TurkStream to provide Serbia with Russian gas

Work on expanding the Turkish Stream pipeline to Serbia should be completed in the coming weeks. Russian President Vladimir Putin explained this at a meeting with his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vučić.

Putin said: "Serbia has been connected to the gas pipeline network, which is an extension of the Turkish Stream gas pipeline".
