Germany's upper house of parliament, the Bundesrat, on Friday, April 26, approved an amendment to the Energy Industry Act, paving the way for the construction of a national hydrogen pipeline network.

Gassco and GASCADE to cooperate on plans for hydrogen transport in the North Sea

According to a press release Gassco AS (Gassco) and GASCADE Gastransport GmbH (GASCADE) signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim to transport hydrogen via pipeline in the North Sea. The cooperation between the two network operators is embedded in a strategic partnership to find infrastructure solutions between Norway and Germany.

Nigeria's Oil Production Drops in March Due to Pipeline Issues and Maintenance

Nigeria's oil production fell to 1.23 million barrels per day in March. 

The decline is attributed to oil companies' pipeline problems and ongoing maintenance, according to the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) and Nigerian officials.
