On the 21 December 2021 the US company Hawk Group acquired the Milan-based Eurtrue, Srl, a business providing inspection services to a diverse oil and gas client base.

Pat McQuillan, Hawk’s CEO, stated “Eurtrue represents a great strategic fit for the Hawk Group. Not only do we have great synergies and cultural alignment but with Eurtrue we gain a valuable foothold on the European continent. This deal, when combined with the earlier acquisition of TQSI which took Hawk into the drilling, completions and subsea sector, allows for greater diversification and enhanced capability to meet our clients’ ever-evolving needs.”
