National Oil Company (NOC), the Libyan state oil company, said an unidentified armed group has blocked gas pipelines from the Wafa oil field in Libya to a local power plant and the Mellitah gas export terminal on the coast.

This comes on the heels of the lifting of a force majeure edict imposed by the NOC on Wafa and said that its pipelines were open for operations.

In wake of talks with the Pakistani government Kuwait has agreed to finance an oil refinery as well as a white oil pipeline in the country's Balouch region.

An underwater gas pipeline operated by Hilcorp Alaska LLC in Cook Inlet, Alaska is spewing as much as 310,000 cubic feet of methane into the marine habitat.

The leak is from Hilcorp's 8 inch offshore pipeline from Nikiski and located approximately 80 feet under the water. And it may have been leaking before discovery ever since December.

Interview: Close Cooperation Between ptc and Construction Companies

The 12th Pipeline Technology Conference (taking place 2-4 May 2017 in Berlin, Germany) will attach great importance to pipeline construction topics and companies. For this reason, the International Pipe Line & Offshore Contractors Association, IPLOCA, will hold its regional meeting for central Europa in conjunction with the ptc.

Pipeline Technology Conference announces new chairman of the Advisory Committee

The Pipeline Technology Conference, ptc, has developed into the largest pipeline conference in Europe in 11 years. In 2016, 540 delegates from 52 countries and 62 exhibitors have participated at the 11th ptc.
